Summary for week of Nov. 30 to Dec. 4

This week we received help from Charlie to install and use modules.

**Note** "For now to use the Bio::Perl module you will need to ssh to acl0 from your shell window before running any scripts that use it.  Your editing, browsing, etc. windows can continue to be on whatever machine you happen to sit down at."

Independently we worked with the Bio:Perl module to become comfortable with its use. We also independently tried to produce our case study.
