These are the files that bash calls, in order, for login shells

/etc/bash.bashrc

/etc/profile

/usr/local/acl/etc/bash.bashrc

/usr/local/acl/etc/profile

~/.bashrc

~/.bash_profile

For nonlogin shells:

/etc/bash.bashrc

/usr/local/acl/etc/bash.bashrc

~/.bashrc
