Cairo:Updating the image

Updating the cairo image can be tricky, because admin is an IA-32 box and cairo nodes are PPC. Here's the procedure:

  1. Reimage a cairo node to get it into a fresh state.
  2. Apply the changes.
  3. Run getimage, and exclude /var/log/ and /*/tmp/*.
  4. See the notes on imaging a node.
