  1. Install a Android Virtual Device Manager if you haven't already.
  2. Go to Window -> AVD Manager
  3. Click 'New'
  4. Name the AVD (ie: api_2.2)
  5. Under 'Target' is Google APIs (API level 8)
  6. Under 'SD Card' should be set to 25 MiB
  7. Under 'Hardware', click new and add GPS support and Camera support
  8. Click 'Create AVD'
  9. Run the Program. Wait a really long time. if it works right, Posit is the globe icon in the menu with the other apps.
