- Install a Android Virtual Device Manager if you haven't already.
- Go to Window -> AVD Manager
- Click 'New'
- Name the AVD (ie: api_2.2)
- Under 'Target' is Google APIs (API level 8)
- Under 'SD Card' should be set to 25 MiB
- Under 'Hardware', click new and add GPS support and Camera support
- Click 'Create AVD'
- Run the Program. Wait a really long time. if it works right, Posit is the globe icon in the menu with the other apps.
