Unclaimed Tasks

These are certainly important but have yet to be claimed. To claim, cut the text of the task and place it under your name in the table.

Standards

  • When collecting data, use magmapper.py.
    • The following files must be located in the directory you are running from or your standard python libraries directory:
      • nxt_common.py
      • spinner.py
      • record_data_lib.py
  • Data Collection files should be either saved in /tmp/robotics/dat on quark or sent to amweeden06@earlham.edu
  • The CSV format is: SensorID, Room, time stamp, x, y, expected readings, actual readings
  • The coordinate system works as follows:
    • The origin of the room is the big cross in the center of the room.
    • North is marked with a diagonal arrow.
