The following versions of each application used in this project were downloaded and installed on the Mac OS X operating system

GRASS/R Interface
This section covers how to download and install the necessary frameworks and packages for the GRASS/R interface
Frameworks
The following frameworks are the dependencies for the GDAL framework and must therefore be installed first. Installing these frameworks also allows for QGIS to be used with OpenOSX Grass or as a stand-alone program
